Our client in the USA is looking for highly skilled Registered Nurses who will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care in various healthcare settings to work closely with physicians, healthcare teams, and patients to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care. Some of the Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment Direct Patient Care Patient Education Documentation and Record Keeping Health Promotion and Disease Prevention B.Sc. in nursing (4 years) or Diploma/GNM (Diploma in general nursing) If a nurse is holding a Diploma and post basic B.Sc. in nursing - that will not be counted as Bachelors. Additional Note for your reference regarding departments/fields of experience: Minimum hospital bed capacity should be 100 beds. Candidate should be presently working in the desired department. Active licence in the country the nurse is working. Nursing in community health education, public health is not eligible. (This type of nursing is seen in South African candidates). Ambulatory/PCR Emergency nurses are not eligible. Out-patient department nurses are not eligible. Nurses with CNA - certified nursing assistant or has done certificate course are not acceptable. Public health nurse, community health nurses, occupational health nurses are not eligible. Eligible Departments: Critical care - ICU, SICU (Surgical ICU), CVICU (Cardiovascular ICU), MICU (Medical ICU) Emergency - Accident & Emergency, Trauma Step down/High dependency unit (HDU) Medical-Surgical Recovery room Dialysis (With general experience of 2 years) Neurology Stroke Unit Rehabilitation Hypertension LTC - Long Term Care Unit LTVU - Long Term Ventilator Unit Oncology Non-Eligible Departments: Operation theatres - Perioperative, Post-operative.
