Registry Clerk - Durban
Minimum Requirements
Office management experience (min. 2 years)
Document management experience (min 2 years)
Matric plus relevant Administration related diploma
Responsibilities
Send signed original leases to securities for safekeeping.
Make and distribute copies of signed leases.
Create Divisional tenant files.
File tenant/rental related documents.
Ensure files are stored securely with no unauthorized access.
Manage documents stored are record storage provider.
Digitisation of all tenant/client files (Sharepoint).
