Minimum Requirements
  • Office management experience (min. 2 years)
  • Document management experience (min 2 years)
  • Matric plus relevant Administration related diploma
Responsibilities
  • Send signed original leases to securities for safekeeping.
  • Make and distribute copies of signed leases.
  • Create Divisional tenant files.
  • File tenant/rental related documents.
  • Ensure files are stored securely with no unauthorized access.
  • Manage documents stored are record storage provider.
  • Digitisation of all tenant/client files (Sharepoint).
