Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the game reserve's operations, including guest services, accommodation, and activities
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
Supervise and support staff, providing leadership and training as needed
Oversee financial management, including budgeting and reporting
Maintain the upkeep of facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the conservation team to support wildlife and environmental initiatives
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting
Knowledge of wildlife conservation and eco-tourism principles is a plus
Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to changing circumstances
