Relief General Manager - 5 Luxury Game Lodge – Limpopo - Hoedspruit
Responsibilities: Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodge Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff Staff training and development Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media Hosting Duties Allocation of Airport Transfers Little paws program Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed Acting as relief general manager between lodges Reporting to Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office Staff Management: Wage costs and staff welfare Staff discipline Staff training Financial: Budget control and ensuring budgets are maintained Stock control and stock takes Maintain the correct allocations of expenditures Rooms Division: Manage the housekeeping and front office departments in conjunction with your HOD Ensure the lodge maintains the required standards aesthetically Food and Beverage and Kitchen Ensure costs are maintained as per the required standard Assist with Events planning and execution Assist with menu planning and cost control Package: R22,000 Monthly (none-negotiable) Accommodation (unfurnished) Meals while on duty 21 days on 7 days off work cycle 15 days annual leave Provident Fund
