Relief Manager - East London
Our client is seeking Relief Managers to join their team, based in East London / King William's Town, Port Elizabeth, Butterworth / Idutywa and Mthatha.
Successful individual will be responsible for managing 5 stores within a 65km radius of their base location. Will be responsible for managing the store(s) through execution of the Marketing and Operations plans. Will coordinate specific Marketing, Administrative, Logistics, HR, Sales, and Operations sequences and attend to general applications and interventions associated with the functionality within the store.
Minimum Requirements:-
- Matric + 5 years’ experience as a Store Manager (in a Clothing Retail environment - essential)
- Driver’s License and the ability to drive
- Flexibility to travel and work in stores in different towns (Operational requirements dependent)
- Extensive travel between stores within cluster / area / range
- Need to ensure that regular store visits are being conducted
- Microsoft Proficient / Computer Literate
