Remote | Associate Recruitment Consultant - Cape Town City Centre
Requirements:
0 - 2 years working experience
Strong attention to detail
Trustworthy and high levels of confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure x 1 000
Organised and able to manage large workloads
Fast and accurate typing skills
Willing to assist in all areas of the business
Computer literate - must have MS Office experience (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Quick learner
Deadline driven
Honest and good communication skills - verbal and written
Excellent email and telephone etiquette
Strong planning and tracking of work
Responsibilities:
Recruitment for clients - sourcing and filling of multiple vacancies with accuracy and speed
Attending to client and candidate queries in a professional manner
Full admin support and CRM daily
Updating of database and reports within set company deadlines
Meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half year and annually)
