Main Purpose of the Job Pam Golding Properties (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Rental Administrator who is self-motivated, independent and mature to accurately administrate all rental documentation, payments and tenant placing of each property in accordance with the South Africa legislation for all landlords in order to provide a premium service to all our clients based on our vast knowledge of the property market and great insight of the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Check bank statements every morning and allocate funds. Conduct TPN checks. Prepare leases, invoices and statements for new landlords. Prepare annexures to lease agreements acc. Prepare Renewal extensions, input forms and invoices for landlords. Assist agents and management with enquiries. Ensure that all new and extension leases with the relevant documentations are forwarded to Head Office administration. Capture new leases on the in-house database. Create new files for new leases and sending welcome letters to landlords and tenants. Any other administration as and when required by the Rental Manager Key Competencies A proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and high-energy levels Must be a team player, who is able to also work independently Must be able to execute on requests in a timely and efficient manner Extremely organized and logical thinker Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Team Player with a strong work ethic Positive and Proactive, solution driven and helpful attitude at all times Professional and calm communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues Professional and appropriate dress code at all times Education & Experience Matric / Grade 12 Diploma or tertiary qualification in business administration or bookkeeping Minimum 3 years working experience in a Rental Administration in particular doing reconciliations and reporting Minimum one year working experience in a leasing administration position Knowledge & Skills Required Knowledge of the FICA, in relation to leasing of properties. Knowledge of property industry specifically working in leasing. Good financial acumen on what calculations need to be prepared to complete invoices and statement. Apply Now
