Leading real estate agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective tenants, managing rental agreements, and ensuring the smooth operation of rental properties under our management. Responsibilities:Provide expert advice and assistance to prospective tenants regarding available rental properties.Conduct viewings of rental properties, showcasing their features and amenities. Negotiate rental agreements, ensuring terms are fair and favourable for both parties. Manage rental agreements and payments, ensuring timely collections and addressing any discrepancies. Handle maintenance and repair requests promptly, coordinating with appropriate vendors and contractors. Proactively seek out new properties to manage, expanding our rental portfolio. Arrange for professional photos to be taken of new properties and compile detailed listings for marketing purposes. Source and screen potential tenants, ensuring they meet our qualification criteria. Conduct in-going and out-going inspections, documenting the condition of the property and its contents. Compile comprehensive inventory lists for furnished units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease agreements. Ensure all appliances and equipment listed in the inventory are in working condition. Qualifying Criteria:Registered with the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority).Possess a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. Own reliable transportation for property viewings and inspections.Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the rental property field.Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
