The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis and managing the fixed asset and payroll administration team. Requirements: CA(SA) 3-4 Years post articles experience 2 years in a reporting role Listed Entity experience needed Japanese Stock Exchange Experience advantageous. Duties: Prepare the finance timetable and month end memo for distribution to the finance department. Update the accounts matrix as and when required and distribute to all relevant departments. Ensure MMPV (MM Shifter) is set every month before new month begins. -Distribute the screen print to Client management. Close off SAP periods for debtors, creditors, inventory, assets etc. at the stipulated times. Manage finance staff to ensure cut-off timelines for SAP closing is adhered to Perform an analysis of the financial position of all critical suppliers. Award a rating to critical suppliers, indicating the risk level. Provide ratings to Client Senior Manager: Treasury for presentation to Committee Submit JSOX to auditors timeously before deadline. Liaise with and attend to internal auditor enquiries regarding the questionnaire and supporting documents and ensure internal audit deadlines for submission of information are met. Compile and submit monthly data to StatsSA. Prepare the AFS in accordance with IFRS. Apply directly online.
