Candidate Requirements:

A qualification in tourism would be beneficial
Experience with reservations is essential with a minimum of 2 years experience with ResRequest
Having a passion for travel and personal travelling experience in Africa would be an advantage
Must be computer literate, Microsoft Office essential
Must have a high level of customer service
Must be professional and friendly
Have attention to detail and be an organized individual with good time-management skills
