We are looking for a dynamic individual who is looking to further develop their career in the road rehabilitation and construction field of engineering. Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of road rehabilitation project. Managing project timelines, budget and scope. Ensuring proper quality assurance and record keeping at project level. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Provide technical guidance, impart knowledge and transfer skills to junior engineers and other team members. Assist in resolving contractual issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual obligations. Providing monthly reports. BSc/ BTech Civil or equivalent qualification. Professional Registration with ECSA. 15 years' experience in road rehabilitation/ construction and project management, Must have worked on a major road rehabilitation Contract, minimum project value R100 million. Proven experience in skill transfer and team development. Strong knowledge of construction contracts mainly General Conditions of Contract.
