Consideration will be given to candidates with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience by SANRAL. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Proficient in project planning and execution. Familiarity with relevant software and tools. Responsibilities: Assume the role of Resident Engineer for road projects. Oversee and manage the execution of major road projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards. Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation. Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team. Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, plans, and drawings. Monitor and manage project budgets and resources effectively. Other Requirements: Ability to commence duties immediately.
