Currently, they are expanding their team and are in search of a meticulous and well-organised Development Administrator to join them. The duties for this role will include but are not limited to: Drafting agendas and minutes for meetings. Liaising with stakeholders such as the Professional team, Conveyancers, etc. Providing administrative support to the Development Manager. Monitoring project progress and following up with the professional team. Updating Development Controls weekly. Following up on development applications and submissions. Obtaining feedback from municipal departments and chasing approvals. Managing invoices and ensuring compliance. Scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials. Conducting research and preparing reports. Maintaining effective documentation filing. Updating budgets and cash flows monthly. Assisting with financial activities related to Development Management. To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management or development property administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a relevant tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, or Finance will secure. Experience in the Residential Property industry is also required. This role is based in Ballito.
