Our Client, a leader in the Hospitality (Leisure) Industry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Resort Manager to join their dynamic team in Kroonstad. Management of the Resort and all its operations. Management of the Personnel. Financial Management. Management of Cleaning Services. Manage and maintain equipment and facilities (movable and immovable assets). Sales & Marketing of the Resort. Administration and Correspondence. Management of Safety and Security. Management of all bookings. Grade 12 (Twelve). National Diploma or Degree in Management. Safety (NOSA) and other industry relevant qualifications required. At least 3 (Three) years of experience required in Recreational, Cultural and Sporting activities organisation and or Management. Excellent communication and people management skills. Detail-oriented and accurate. Must work well under pressure. Bilingual (Afrikaans and English). Valid Driver's licence and clear criminal record. R350,000 per annum (Cost to Company) - negotiable.
