Derivco South Africa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resource Planner to be part of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Understanding the levels of urgency and gather relevant information to enable the scheduling of deployments. Schedule all deployments to ensure work is allocated optimally based on priority and team capacity. Confirm the allocation of work with teams and ensure a general notice is circulated amongst stakeholders to ensure awareness of deployment activities. Review deployment request information and feed back to requestors on any non-conformance to ensure all deployments meets the requirements of the organisation's change management process and SLA's for scheduling. Monitor and track the project team's time logging to ensure time is logged correct for accurate billing and costing. Receive, raise and communicate priority calls from internal and external stakeholders to create awareness and prioritise workload Review, identify and communicate high risk deployments to identify and create awareness of potential conflicts. Knowledge, Practices and Continuous Improvement Reviews performance measures relevant to own work to suggest improvement and personal development opportunities. Reports issues and risks identified when following team practices (processes, tools, methods, standards) to support continuous improvement.
