Resourcer - Fourways

Experienced Resourcer required to join dynamic and target driven team. You will be required to source suitable candidates for all positions (temp/perm/contracting) whilst maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients. Recruitment experience an absolute NON-negotiable. Responsibilities & Requirements Placement of Permanent and Temporary staff Identify core applicants and implement appropriate methods to attract them. Interview applicants within corporate guidelines to establish strengths, skills and requirements. Register core applicants within corporate and legal requirements. Utilise assessment tools to test applicants’ skills and to cross-train if required. Minimise time spent with non-core applicants. Accurately interpret clients’ job specification and identify suitable applicants through effective job matching. Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the applicant. Communicate all requirements of the job to the applicant. Provide face-to-face pre-interview advice to all applicants. Follow up all placements to ensure retention of fee. Develop and maintain good relationships with core applicants to ensure loyalty. Assist with sourcing of CV’s across all branches at National Level. Forward generated Leads from CV’s received to BD. Effective administration Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, as required by your BM. Produce realistic timetables and targets for own achievement, communicating any problems with your BM. Deliver a quality service to customers Ensure that Manpower SA Best Practice is adhered to at all times, including but not restricted to the following: Maintain required quality service levels to promote a professional image, for example answering the phone and greeting applicants/visitors to the required standard. Ensure that Manpower SA’s professional image is portrayed at all times through your own appearance and manner. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure full business potential is realised. Establish the on-going recruitment needs of clients, through the development of close business relationships. Develop client relationships through appropriate, well-planned meetings and other means of correspondence. Client Experience Accurately interpret clients’ specification in detail in order to identify suitable applicants through effective job matching. Use persuasive ability to market suitable candidates to clients. Maintain frequent communication with all clients. Adhoc new business activities Research local activity to identify potential business opportunities and establish their value to the Company. Monitor competitor activities. Use a structured approach to Business Development (F2F and telephonically) to establish contact with prospective clients. Requirements: Minimum Matric/ Grade 12; tertiary qualification advantageous. 2 years recruitment experience. Business Development experience will be an added advantage.
