Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow the companys code of conduct.
- Maintain dress code standards.
- Customer Service.
- Maintain and sustain top service levels.
- Manage/Discipline staff and their duties.
- Assist in all areas where needed.
- Opening and closing duties.
- Food costing.
- Developing business strategies.
- Budget plans and managing them.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Record keeping of stock.
- Maintain quality standards of cleaning and equipment.

Requirements:
- Matric
- Postgraduate qualification in business management is advantageous
- 3+ years of executive general manager experience.
- Good knowledge of duties and procedures in a restaurant environment.
- Computer knowledge (word, outlook, excel)
- Knowledge of Pilot software.
- Experience in large restaurants is beneficial
