- Ensure food and beverage recipes are being complied with.                                                                        Â
- Ensure team players are working to our strict hygiene disciplines.                                                            Â
- Managing the performance of all your team players.                                                      Â
- Identify areas needed for training.                                                                          Â
- Deliver our Culture and Mission Statement through motivation, training, and gap analysis.
