Looking for candidates with strong front of house management abilities as well as knowledge of back of house management. Applicants must be well spoken with good customer relations skills and must have the ability to deal with customer queries / complaints. Must be skilled in cash up reconciliation, stock management, opening & closing procedures. The role is suited to energetic, passionate, and ambitious candidates with a passion for Restaurants.
