JOB DESCRIPTION The Restaurant Operations Coordinator (food and beverage industry) This unique is an unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of our company in South Africa. The Restaurant Operations Coordinator will support the South African business and Restaurant team by onboarding new restaurants to ensure they are set up for success and working in collaboration with Operations Managers to execute projects that impact restaurant onboarding with a structured, data-driven approach. This role calls for a combination of communication and stakeholder management skills, data and process-driven thinking, and the ability to work with teams from across the business . Restaurants Onboarding: Own the planning and execution of restaurant onboarding until the first order is completed ? Develop & Optimise Onboarding Processes: Develop new processes and/or continuously improve existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow ? Develop Dashboards & Tools: Build and run reports and dashboards to produce data-driven insights for restaurant onboarding ? Run Cross-Functional Projects: Own tactical restaurant operations projects from planning to execution and collaborate with multiple stakeholders as needed ? Hustle : Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress. Manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing contending priorities ? Take ownership: Take ownership of in your country and do everything you can to enhance the quality of our services. ? Develop and Maintain Playbooks: Ensure rapid testing of new practices; document and share learnings to help shape the future of our product What You'll Need: ? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (2 years) ? Excellent MS Excel skills ? Planning and organising skills to ensure timely, impactful and high-quality deliverables ?
