Restaurant group with 3 stores is looking for an operations manager. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a multi-store and franchise environment. The successful candidate will be second in charge to the owner and will be responsible for providing store support, maximizing store potential & running day to day operations. The primary duties of the role include maintaining service levels, recruitment, staff management and training. Additionally, candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of cash-ups and stock control. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on management style and a strong passion for the Restaurant industry. Will be expected to travel between stores in Jhb North and East. Individuals without multi-store experience will not be considered. Will be expected to work evenings and weekends, this is not a day job. Salary R 25 – 30 K CTC. Quote reference RA01 when applying.
