Restaurant Operators required for an upmarket Grill and Seafood Restaurant opening their doors in Sandton and Parktown (JHB North). R30 000 Monthly Basic 10% equity shares Minimum Requirements: Matriculation 5 years restaurant management / 2 years restaurant operating experience Ability to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans PILOT Software experience Clear Criminal Record (a polygraph test will be conducted before employment contract offered) Responsibilities will include: Business Management: responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability. Staff Management: including hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff, such as chefs, servers, and kitchen personnel. Quality Control: Ensuring that the food and service meet quality standards and customer expectations. Customer Service: Overseeing customer service to ensure a positive dining experience and handling customer complaints or issues. Health and Safety Compliance: Complying with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Managing inventory levels and suppliers to ensure ingredients are available and costs are controlled. Financial Management: Handling finances, including payroll, expenses, and revenue tracking. Operational Efficiency: Streamlining restaurant operations to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Long-term Planning: Developing strategies for the restaurant's growth and sustainability.
