Proposal and Lease Preparation Proposal and Lease Finalisation Finance & Budgets Reporting General Duties: Update tenant contact details-Filing and administration-Contact new prospective tenants and forward them information on developments-Perform all any other duties as reasonably required from time to time by the Divisional Head-Filing systems to be accurate and in order-Arranging admin associated with business travel e.g., delivery and collection of documents-Manage calendar-Internet literate-Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint-Advantage Pims knowledge and use thereofSkills-Budgeting & Financial Management, Business writing skills (specs & house rules), People management skills are essentialA valid Driver’s license and own transport is essentialStrong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software packagesExcellent attention to detail and numerate accuracyQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEQualificationsGrade 12 (Matric), Relevant Diploma or DegreeExperience3 years’ experience in retail leasingShopping Centre experience is an advantageRetail experience is an essentialRelevant Fidelity Fund qualifications would be advantagesStrong personal relationships with national tenants R 450000 - R 500000 - Annually Apply Now
