Reference: PTA001411-DP-1 Retail Sales Consultant We are seeking an energetic Retail Sales Consultant to join a hardware company in Fourways. If you are passionate about selling and working with people, and have experience in paint and hardware, this position is for you. The successful candidate should encompass more than one year experience in a similar position and industry. Minimum Requirements: Matric. Beneficial: Relevant tertiary qualification. 1-year experience as a Retail Consultant in a hardware company. Demonstrated sales experience, particularly in the paint and hardware industry. Comfortable to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings. Has a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the companies paint and hardware inventory. Provide customers with specialised advice and recommendations to aid them in selecting and using products. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and best practices. Engage with customers in an active manner to discern their needs and provide tailored solutions. Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions across multiple channels: in-store, phone, and email.
