Promote products and maximize sales opportunities within allocated retail store Advise customers on product offerings, paying attention to the products that best suit the clients' needs Achieve sales and KPI targets Create and manage sales pipeline within the retail store Daily & weekly planning of sales activities Promote products telephonically Track conversations with prospective customers and do follow ups Build and maintain relationship with the CRM team Cold calling to prospective clients Attend outdoor marketing events Record all sales on the CRM platform Follow up on all leads Prepare and submit all applications to the Underwriting department for compliance, and risk procedures Resolve customer complaints Min. 5 years' experience as a retail sales consultant Matric Computer literate Professional Self-motivated Confident Assertive Honest Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities Exceptional organizational skills Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional prospecting skills Strong sales hunter Able to close deals
