My client seeks to employ an experienced Retail, Food and Fuel Site Manager to manage a multi-level site. This includes franchised brands: Retail, Quick serve restaurants, Supermarket, Filling station, SME's (Butchery, Bakery, Confectionery, Hot & Cold Deli, Fruit & Veg and Liquor departments). Fostering franchisee relationships, ensuring the continued operational management and expansion of a National Fuel, Retail and QSR Store by driving and developing sales and profitability by business optimization. Main job functions Management Procurement Administration Stock control. Wages Shifts HR duties Customer Service Training Due to the industry trading requirements (nature of the business) applicants are available (“when req.”) to work extended & irregular working hours (Public Holidays, Overtime, Weekends & Extended hours etc) Qualifications Min 5 Years in Fuel & Retail (Petrol / Service Station) Operations / Management Management experience a must. Related experience and exposure with full store management functions incl., (Fuel, Forecourt, Convenience Shop / various Franchised Fast-food & Retail outlets etc) Any tertiary related qualifications OR In-house Training OR Certificates Grade 12 (Matric) to be included with your application. Computer literacy (MS Office) ISIS / MIST / ARCH / WINBRANCH systems (or similar) in-house fuel/operations management system exp. (adv) Driver's License and own vehicle (required) Criteria Energetic with excellent health Must be able to delegate. Strong communication skills (Head Office, Corporate Fuel Brands, Customers, Staff etc) Must be able to work under pressure. Customer service driven. Attention to detail. Multi-tasker Hands-on Self-motivated Professional & presentable “Leads-by-example” Knowledge of Health and Safety (industry related) Clear criminal record (required) R25 000 – R40 000
