We're actively seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Support Specialist who is eager to ensure an exceptional and seamless experience for our valued clientele. The Role: Our Retention Specialist plays a vital role in the marketing department. You will be responsible for scheduling and executing our direct marketing campaigns, including targeted email and SMS advertising, digital engagement content, promotions, and mobile-app messaging. Additionally, you will assist with managing content and its placement. Tasks: Assist in driving the direct marketing strategy across SMS, email, and other digital marketing platforms. Set up, test, execute, and report on marketing campaigns and promotions across various platforms. Configure and distribute landing pages. Provide timely briefs to designers and copywriters, and review their work. Manage timelines and schedules for external communications. Research, evaluate, segment, and generate list selections for targeted and mass mailings from the Gaming system. Conduct competitor analysis of marketing campaigns and websites. Update content on client-facing websites using back-office tools. Create, configure, and test promotions and campaigns. Report on campaign performance. Create Promos and Bonus Offers in our CRM system. Draft Customer Journeys and implement them in our CRM system, reporting on performance. Matric / Grade 12. Prior experience in Online iGaming and sports betting. 3 years in a technical marketing position. Excellent communication and written skills. Strong organisational skills. Track record of success working both independently and within teams. Advanced MS Office skills. Experience with bulk mailing programs. Basic HTML skills (preferred). Experience with Landingi or similar platforms (preferred). - R40 000
