BASIC JOB DESCRIPTIONâ â Provide specific administrative support to customersâ
Attend to various standard enquiries, as well as urgent pension-related enquiries in the absence of the advisors; escalate as and when necessary.â
Assist dependents with the completion of claim documents.â
Complete and timeously submit death claim forms, and attach certified documents in accordance with standard procedure.â
Explain medical benefits/processes to pensioners, and assist pensioners in making a decision on medical changes/option changes and submit forms to Head Office.â
Refer pensioners with medical enquiries to the relevant departments within their respective medical aid scheme.â
Prepare and arrange cheque requisition for death benefits.â
Receive, issue (duplicate) and submit EOS forms in accordance with the stipulated procedure.â
Receive, issue (duplicate) and submit EOS forms for foreign-based pensioners.â
Plan, arrange, execute and direct pensioner functions.â
Provide general office administrationâ
Compose and deliver multiple forms of written documents (slides, memos, letters etc.) as requested, according to the required standards.â
Manage all telephonic queries appropriately, capture messages accurately, and disseminate information to the correct individual(s).â
Receive and send faxes and incoming mail.â
Develop and maintain the office filing system in a retrievable manner.â
Order, keep, and issue stationery in compliance with the allocated budget, minimising wasteful expenditure.â
Capture budget-related data on the computerised system, accurately.â
Schedule office meetings depending on the availability of the delegates.â
Maintain and update the asset register, as required.â
