You'll gather research intelligence, utilize best-practice methodologies, and design and implement interventions to achieve our Group Reward objectives. Be part of shaping our human capital and people practices strategy Requirements: A postgraduate qualification in Financial Management, Human Resources or related Formal training in reward fundamentals (such as GRP certification). 8-10 years of reward or equivalent experience with an in-depth knowledge of core reward terminology and best practices at a senior Experience in Business & Financial Experience in policy & framework Formal training in reward fundamentals (such as GRP certification). Provide efficient reward services in collaboration with other divisions. Design and implement value-add reward practices and pay systems. Analyze and benchmark reward policies for competitive pay rates and equity. Conduct job analysis, salary reviews, and advise on reward actions. Drive excellence in reward practices with reporting tools for informed decision-making. Influence the design and adoption of integrated reward frameworks within the Group. Stay updated on reward best practices and new developments. Conduct benchmarking and annual salary increase analyses. Support annual remuneration reviews for effective implementation. Manage reward-related risks and provide expert advice to internal clients. Enhance and streamline reward processes. Ensure compliance with legislative reporting and risk mitigation. Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reward programs aligned with business goals. Research market trends and legislative changes for policy recommendations.
