Create and optimize RF circuits and sub-systems to meet performance specifications.
Utilize simulation tools to model RF behavior and perform hands-on testing and validation of RF designs in a lab environment
Develop prototypes to test and refine RF designs, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to RF interference, signal degradation, and other performance problems.
Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and compliance reports.
Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and system engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must have a relevant Engineering Degree
A Master's Degree would be advantageous
Minimum 3 years working experience designing RF circuits and sub-systems
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and CAD Software such as Altium Designers.
Must have sound knowledge of RF simulation tools such ADS, AWR, HFSS and CST

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Technical reports writing, design documentation, and compliance reports
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Experience with RF lab equipment such as VNA, VSG, SA, NFA.
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout using CAD packages such as Altium Designer
