RFX 4918002 - Project Lead Services - Pretoria

Objective of this Scope of Work The Business Process Management Lead is responsible to implement the BPM framework based on the BPM roadmap and manage the Business Process Engineer and Business Process Analyst. The role includes the management of BPM governance (meta- model, methods, templates, policies, procedures, and standards). The role would also assist in projects as and when required. Scope of Services Definition The scope will include but will not be limited to: Ensure quality in execution of work delivered by the team. Coaches and provides feedback to team members for the execution of work. Quality Assures teamwork. Persuade and influence the Prudential Authority around the Business Process Management capability. Manage cost and time constraints. Define business processes and value chains relevant to Prudential Authority. Identify, optimise, and integrate business processes, value streams and operating model. Analysis, design, development of business process to improve systems, data, information, and people skills within specific functional areas. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend alternative solutions to business owners. Identifying and assessing automation/workflow opportunities within Prudential Authority and provide recommendations. Develop detailed business process flows and include how technology solutions will enable the business processes. Contribute and advise on implementing Target Operating model related artifacts. Collaborate with key stakeholders such as architects, SMEs, process owners, technical experts to ensure viable and sustainable solutions. Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of different audiences Minimum qualification required: Degree or Diploma in – Information Technology, Engineering, Informatics or Business Information Systems OR Process engineering certification Minimum Experience Required: A minimum of 8- 10 years relevant experience At least 3 years managing a team. At least 5 years proven work experience strictly in process engineering Experience in process modelling tools, preferably ADONIS toolset, or similar industry standard. The following will be an added advantage: Business Architecture training or certification Lean and Six Sigma methods and techniques Financial services industry experience Have in depth understanding of the BPMN Experience in Agile methodologies and hybrid Experience in Business Process Management Initiative rollout and Implementation Experience in strategic and business transformation initiatives Clear understanding of different process frameworks Ability to act as an Agent of Change management Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of process related standards Clear understanding of different process frameworks Experience in process simulations Working knowledge of process engineering software packages Analytical thinker with good interpersonal skills Business Architecture, business analysis and process mapping Software Development and Processes BPMN, CBPP certification advantageous Stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills Building Relationships Thought leadership People management skills Competencies: Analysing and Designing Communication Data analysis and data presentation Persuading & Influencing Efficiency management Streamlining and improvement Planning & Organising Adapting & responding to change Self-starter Driven and highly motivated individual Teamwork Apply Now
