Job details: Process: Anniversaries, billings, commission, underwriting and membership updates.Maintaining scheme and membership data.Preparation and issuing of client reports.Client liaison. Customer Treating the customers fairly. Finance Prevention of potential losses/wastage. Learning and growth Continuous upskilling on product and industry knowledge. Governance Compliance.Identifying, rectifying and escalating risks.
