Description: Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company in Gauteng is currently looking for a Risk Manager. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective risk management systems and processes within the mining operations. Responsibilities: Identify and assess potential risks and develop risk management strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management systems and processes. Implement and maintain risk mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide guidance and support to the operational teams on risk management matters. Prepare and present reports on risk management performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk management practices. Requirements: Grade 12 Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Related. Mine Managers' Certificate. Diploma in Risk Management and/or related. Advanced MEC certificate. 10 years' experience as a Risk Manager/Related Field within the mining industry. Strong knowledge of mining operations and associated risks.
