Identify risks and develop mitigations in line with Enterprise Risk Framework. Responsibilities: Support risk management activities, including identifying and managing operational risks. Develop and execute processes for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting operational risks. Assist in risk management strategy roll-out and development of risk management frameworks, strategies, and policies. Provide input for the Risk Management Plan and support annual reviews of Risk Management Policy, Framework, and Strategy. Prioritize management actions for control weaknesses and advise on processes and controls for operational risks. Manage inventory of processes for strategic watch, business, and regulatory intelligence. Develop treatment plans based on risk areas and risk appetite. Provide feedback to stakeholders on risk reports and support development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Qualifications: Grade 12/Matric. B. Compt/B. Com or similar. Registration with a professional body. 3 years' relevant experience. R 430000 - R 436000 - Annually
