What's required:
- At least two years of work experience in RMA in a technical services environment
- Matric plus a relevant Certificate or Diploma (IT or another business-related field)
- Strong stock and warehouse management experience
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) - essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
