This role is based in Gauteng not Cape Town Job Summary: We are currently in search of a highly proficient Remote Monitoring System Manager with an emphasis on end-to-end deployment, particularly with our AIO-integrated RMS. The chosen candidate will spearhead the deployment endeavors of our RMS solutions, ensuring impeccable implementation and seamless integration into client operations. Key Responsibilities: Deployment Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive deployment strategies, taking into account client requisites, system capabilities, and industry best practices. Define precise milestones and establish well-defined timelines for each deployment phase. Client Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary interface for clients during the deployment process, fostering effective communication and addressing any concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Regularly furnish status updates and progress reports to maintain transparent and informative client relations. Technical Proficiency in AIO-Integrated RMS: Demonstrate extensive proficiency with our AIO-integrated Remote Monitoring System, ensuring proficient system configuration, setup, and seamless integration. Expertly troubleshoot and rectify any technical issues that may arise during the deployment process. End-to-End System Configuration: Supervise the configuration of RMS hardware and software components to align with client specifications and operational imperatives. Assure the seamless integration of the system with existing frameworks and networks. Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous testing and validation of the deployed RMS to guarantee that all functionalities perform in accordance with expectations. Proactively identify and address any discrepancies or anomalies in a timely manner. Training and Knowledge Dissemination: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to client personnel on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Generate user-centric documentation and resources for ongoing reference and proficiency. Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Identify potential deployment risks and craft contingency plans to proactively mitigate them. Establish and implement protocols for swiftly addressing unforeseen challenges during the deployment phase. Post-Deployment Support: Provide sustained support and assistance to clients post-deployment, addressing any additional needs or inquiries promptly and effectively. Collaborate seamlessly with the support team to ensure continued client satisfaction and optimal system performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Demonstrated proficiency in deploying Remote Monitoring Systems, with a specific emphasis on extensive experience with our AIO-integrated system. Strong technical acumen in RMS hardware and software configuration. Exceptional project management capabilities, including adeptness in planning, execution, and meticulous documentation. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, tailored for fostering effective client engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
