As the Rooms Division Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services departments. Your strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team will ensure that our guests receive personalized and efficient service from check-in to check-out. You'll also work closely with other hotel departments to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue generation. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services departments, ensuring efficient and coordinated operations. Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue generation. Train and develop the team, ensuring that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service. Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to continuously improve the guest experience. Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as food and beverage and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Oversee the reservation process, ensuring accuracy and efficient handling of guest inquiries and bookings. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, corporate clients, and local community organizations. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of hotel operations and implement strategies for improvement. Requirements Previous experience as a Rooms Division Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proven track record of success in front desk, housekeeping, or guest services management. Knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices. Ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies for improvement. Degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field. Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
