Achieving a maximum sales profitability, growth and penetration within assigned areas. Selling company products, personally contact and secure new business/customers. Managing team of sales reps within assigned areas. Ensuring all target and KPI's are reached by sales reps within assigned areas. Ensuring all sale reps within assigned region reach required targets. Monitoring performance on a continuous basis. Train reps on areas where they are lacking/ underperforming Ensuring that all reps have a minimum of 90 outlets signed up Induction process of newly appointed reps Performance management of sales reps where necessary Sending feedback to management and reporting on status of reps in assigned region on a continuous basis Provided detailed planned by objection for each sales rep and ensure the implementation thereof Issuing of company assets Sales and up sell to the customers Excellent communication skills, Both verbal and through e-mails, with both customers and management. Ability to learn and apply information to perform a job. Ability to close sales by obtaining the commitment from the customer. Be able to expand existing business by increasing portfolio and quantities of product range. Need to be able to listen effectively, Ability to do successful presentation. Ability to grow business by signing up new outlets Be able to make effective not interrupt and absorbs and retrains information provided. Handling of administrative duties by maintaining accurate records and feedback effectively. Ability to effectively manage employees Ability to identify problems within the assigned region and act productively to resolve them Job types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent R9250 to R13500 Car allowance of up to R4 200 per month Petrol allowance offered according to kilometers travelled weekly Provident fund and medical aid Medical aid and provident fund Commission up R6000 dependant on targets reached by Sales team
