Route Controller - Pretoria - Pretoria
Requirements
- Grade 12
- +1 year related experience
- Microsoft office experience.
- Computer Skills.
- Flexibility (assist in the warehouse).
- Good communication skills (Communicating with drivers and clients effectively and our call center staff).
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Analytic skills.
- Problem Solving (problem Freight to Be Assessed and sent out in accordance).
- Need to be able to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to learn and undertake on any task assigned by Manager.
- Tracking Capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside drivers ensuring deliveries are up to standard
- Exception management and escalation
- Communication with drivers and different department
- Monitoring of owner driver parcels
- Trending & analysis
