We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency across various departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies, as well as experience in process analysis, automation, and scripting. The RPA Developer will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver high-quality automation solutions. The role is primarily on-site, being 4 days in the office, and 1 day from home. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation through RPA technologies. Design and develop robust RPA solutions using Electroneek Configure and maintain RPA robots, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Integrating with existing systems and applications Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated workflows. Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Document RPA processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference and maintenance. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and techniques, and suggest improvements or new automation opportunities. Provide training and support to end-users on the implemented RPA solutions. Monitor and support the RPA solutions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in RPA development, preferably with tools such as Electroneek, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms. Strong programming skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#, Python, or Java. Experience with MongoDB Familiarity with process mapping, workflow design, and business process management concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex processes. Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Market Related Apply Now
