Job Description: Sage 300 Implementation Consultant - Centurion. Job Responsibilities: Provide telephone support for Sage 300 payroll software to clients Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and training Document support cases and resolutions in the system Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications: Qualified Sage 300 implementation certification Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks Proficient in troubleshooting technical issue Desired Experience: The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in providing telephone support and implementations for Sage 300 payroll clients.
