CCG Systems is an ICT sector and is well known to specialize in the implementation and support of ERP systems as well as Payroll & HR Systems to which our clients are made of mostly Municipalities throughout South Africa. Our company is looking for potential candidates to join our Head Office in Waterfall, Midrand. However, looking forward to extensive travelling throughout the country to service different clients. General Purpose of Job The Consultant will provide operational and administrative support to Senior Consultants, as well as assistance on complex and diverse projects with the aim of gaining exposure to all the daily functions of the industry as well as in depth experience. System Support Advanced Procurement (Default setting, setting workflows, linking of sectors to GL, Account Payable and Generation of Reports. Implement Sage Intacct according to Business Processes of Client Including but not limited to Creation of New Sage Intacct Databases (System Defaults, User Access Permissions, Transaction Types, Workflows, Incident Types, Asset Types, Tariff Setting covering the following Modules AP (Import of Supplier Masterfile), AR (Import of customer Masterfile), Import of Inventory Masterfile. Importing Customer Master, Importing of Supplier Master files, Importing of Properties, Property Portion Services, User Defined Fields etc.). Highlight and or escalate problem areas that need urgent attention to the client and or Senior Consultants and or Project Manager. Ability to support clients with minimal supervision. System Training Assist in preparation and planning of training sessions Assist Consultants and Senior Consultants with training sessions Assist with preparation of Training Manuals and learning aids B Com Accounting, Bachelor in Accounting / Financial Accounting / Finacial Informations Systems or a Degree in a similar fields Articles (advantageous) Valid Code B Drivers License and own vehicle Sage Intacct Implementation Certification Sage Intacct Accounting Certification Auditing experience is an added advantage Knowledge of Generally Recognized Accounting Practice (GRAP) and Caseware is essential for this post 1 – 5 years experience in a similar field Project Management Service multiple clients simultaneously
