Must speak Afrikaans or know basic afrikaans spoken / read/ written Our client, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors based in Gauteng, is seeking a SAICA Trainee Accountant to join their team. Successful candidates will receive a starting salary of R15,000 per month (R180,000 per annum) along with various financial benefits, including a study bursary of up to R48,000 per calendar year and participation in a performance bonus scheme. The position involves completing SAICA accredited Bachelor's studies and enrolling in a postgraduate degree or bridging course. Our client is an equal opportunity employer. Perform duties as per SAICA Training Regulations including accounting, auditing, taxation, and administrative tasks Study Requirement: Advanced stage of completion of a SAICA accredited Bachelor's studies Completion of a SAICA accredited Bachelor's degree by the end of 2023 Enroll in SAICA accredited postgraduate degree or bridging course in January 2024 Work Requirement: Eligible: Candidates who worked part-time or during holidays while studying, or in full-time employment for less than 2 years Ineligible: Candidates already serving as trainee accountants or in full-time employment for more than 2 years Financial Benefits: Starting Salary: R15,000 per month (R180,000 per annum) Study bursary up to R48,000 per calendar year (subject to performance terms) Participation in the performance bonus scheme Study leave for exam preparation and support
