To assist and support the Sales and Marketing department with its projects, programmes, events, and various other functions. The Sales and Marketing Administrator will assist in planning and executing department activities, managing corporate branding and marketing collateral, assisting in marketing campaigns and tracking online activities. Business Operations: Administer the department's activities, functions, and interventions, including all SCM processes for the department. Liaise with all other departments to support the Sales and Marketing Department. Ensure that all projects and events documentation and records are correctly filed and saved on the Institute's IT infrastructure. Enhance the administration system and contribute to process development for the Sales and Marketing Department. Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and manuals for the department. Assist with managing and monitoring all social platforms and pages (including campaigns). Assist with website updates. Liaise with sponsors, advertisers, and other department stakeholders. Manage the Marketing email inbox. Prepare monthly reports. Events: Ensure that all documentation is correctly filed and saved on the Institute's IT infrastructure. Assist in managing the cost of each event with the service provider to stay within budget. Ensure that the operations plan (and task list) is prepared and implemented. Ensure that all events are delivered efficiently and effectively. Draft guidelines for various stakeholders, including PCOs, to ensure high-quality service delivery. Create and maintain a library of all SAIPA and related events, including photography, videography, and sound clips; manage and maintain the storage of original audio/video files. Assist in managing events from inception to post-event deliverables. Liaise with speakers and other stakeholders. Assist with coordinating teams and logistics during events. Liaise with stakeholders and districts in arranging and attending career exhibitions. Assist with NAMO and other exhibitions as required. Branding and promotional material: Act as custodian of branding and promotional stock. Update and review stock items and requirements. Manage and distribute all brand, stock, and promotional items to each district and for events. Ensure that all SAIPA events have a stand with professional graphics, promotional items, AV, and collateral for exhibition stands, as well as necessary staff support. Assist in managing the production and distribution of SAIPA brand material and marketing collateral. CSR: Coordinate and manage CSR activities and communication. Qualification/s B Degree or equivalent qualification OR Event Management qualification or equivalent OR Project Management qualification (optional) Public Relations or a Marketing qualification would be an advantage. Experience 5 Years experience in marketing/ events/ agency environments Administration Customer services Public speaking would be an advantage
