Purpose: We're looking for a dynamic and highly driven individual to support our Head of Sales Fulfilment in delivering success, this individual will be responsible for: Performance reporting and analysis for the Head of Sales Fulfilment Support the to-be CRM design for sales General sales support on campaigns Key Job Outputs: Performance reporting and analysis for the Head of Sales Fulfilment Design and pull reports from Sales Force and provide analysis and insights for the head of sales fulfilment Ensure that reporting as provided by the data office team meets business requirements Provide the reports and prep required by the Sales Manager before meetings Manage sales reporting to stakeholders Be the data custodian for all data related to clients, sales and client deals Support the to-be SalesForce design for sales department Understand SalesForce capability and the to-be capability required to support sales Create high level tech design specs, as supported by the solutions team, to inform Tech of developments required Test functionality built Train the sales teams on existing and new functionality and assist with change management in the team Work with the production support team to resolve technical and design issues General Sales Support Manage and measure initiatives as defined by the Head of Sales Fulfilment Load leads and manage sales campaigns Based on analysis of data and opportunities identified, investigate industry insights to help formulate sales campaigns Core Competencies: Strong Excel skills Excellent administrative skills Keen attention to detail Highly analytical Passion for optimisation Qualifications: Matric Degree or related studies Data Science or Data Analytics Experience: Administrative experience (advantageous) PowerBI (advantageous) Salesforce (advantageous) Salary : Market related Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks, kindly consider your application as unsuccessful.
