Position: Sales AdministratorLocation: DurbanJob Summary:The Sales Administrator fulfils an integral support role within theSales Team, with key deliverables being administrative sales support to Customers and Sales Executives, Customer Service, Maintenance of Internal and 3rd Party Customer Database and General Office Duties.Minimum Qualification Criteria: Grade 12 Previous experience in the field of Waste Management is a must Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment Competent in MS Office / Google Suite Attention to detail and the ability to multitask Ability to work without supervision Roles and Responsibilities:Sales Support Preparing and issuing accurate and timeous client quotes Develop and maintain client relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Selling of classification reports, material safety data sheet & safety data sheet laboratory services Identification of opportunities for consultancy & alternative to Landfill Sales Reconciliation of all cash clients’ accounts, and ensuring that transactions are complete before bookings are accepted. Follow up on latent business Setting up existing client appointments for Sales Executives Assisting Sales Executives with co-ordinating Client landfill audits within the relevant internal departments Liaising with clients for required documents for the lab (waste profile sheets, MSDS, and samples), and following up with the lab for disposal methods. Maintaining accurate and timeous sales reporting as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor or Transactional Sales Manager Ensuring all clients’ monthly reports are issued according to the specific requirements and emailed timeously Direct contact person between operations, invoicing, the lab and sales - assisting the divisions with any sales related queries / issues, and troubleshooting solutions. Maintaining client files and database, with all documents pertaining to the client and any relevant correspondence & special requirements as per set procedures Liaising with the operations department regarding client collections Responsible for emailing any newsletters, specials etc. to all clients (maintain an up to date emailing list of all clients) Perform any other duties as required by your designated manager General Office Duties General office duties (such as photocopying, scanning, typing, filing and mailing of documents); Ordering of office stationery & groceries Switchboard duties for the office Booking out the boardroom for any Client meeting, sales meeting or management meeting R 10 000 - R 12 000 - Monthly Apply Now
