Reference: PTA000016-MG-1Opportunity for a passionate Sales Administrator to join an Engineering firm in Pretoria, Moot area reporting directly the Head of Business DevelopmentWorking hours: Monday – Friday 07:30- 16:30 Minimum requirements: Matric essential Relevant Certifications advantageous 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Solid experience with MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) Strong admin and multi-tasking skills Own transport and driver's license Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience working in an engineering or construction industry/company will be advantageous Dealing with Tenders and quotation Strong personality and ability to work in a fast past environment Duties will include but is not limited to: Quotations Data and sales orders capturing Updating and management of Sales Orders Daily reporting of data capturing for Managers Liaising with Customers Compile relevant tenders documents General office/admin/PA duties General functions as required by various Managers Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted R 25000 plus 13th Cheque Performance Based Bonusses
