A well-established jeweller requires the services of a professional, energetic Sales Administrator at their branch based in Tyger Valley Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating quotes
- Managing and sending of valuations
- Data capturing of client profiles
- Managing client requests to meet deadlines
- Follow up on repairs in workshop
- Correspondence with clients via e-mail
- Assisting customers with queries via telephone
- Stock takes / stock control
- Communication and coordination between sales consultants and workshop / admin department
- Quality check repair work
- Implementing administrative structures to improve workflow
Requirements:
- Willingness to work centre hours (incl. every second Saturday & Sunday as well as public holidays)
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Previous experience in sales administration
- Jewellery industry experience is a strong recommendation
- Matric / Gr. 12
- Professional work ethic
- High energy levels
- Professional appearance, demeanour, and conduct
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
