Sales Administrator - Bellville

A well-established jeweller requires the services of a professional, energetic Sales Administrator at their branch based in Tyger Valley Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulating quotes
  • Managing and sending of valuations
  • Data capturing of client profiles
  • Managing client requests to meet deadlines
  • Follow up on repairs in workshop
  • Correspondence with clients via e-mail
  • Assisting customers with queries via telephone
  • Stock takes / stock control
  • Communication and coordination between sales consultants and workshop / admin department
  • Quality check repair work
  • Implementing administrative structures to improve workflow

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work centre hours (incl. every second Saturday & Sunday as well as public holidays)
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • Jewellery industry experience is a strong recommendation
  • Matric / Gr. 12
  • Professional work ethic
  • High energy levels
  • Professional appearance, demeanour, and conduct
  • Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
  • Innovative / creative
