Job Details: Title: Sales Administrator Location: Kempton Park, Pomona Permanent: Permanent Full time: Full Time Industry: Electronic Recycling Salary / CTC: R 8 000 - R 10 000 Reports to: Head of Sales Job Description: Our Client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Sales Administrator. Our Client is a leading electronic recycling company committed to sustainable and responsible e-waste management. With a focus on environmental conservation and ethical practices, they strive to provide cutting-edge solutions for the recycling and disposal of electronic waste. Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations. Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales documentation and reports. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information about products and services. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Track and monitor order status, providing updates to customers as needed. Inventory Management Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels. Assist in maintaining inventory records and conducting regular audits. Coordinate with sales and logistics to manage stock availability for customer orders. Sales Reporting Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to the sales team on key performance indicators. Communication: Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and events. Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
