Reference: CPT000426-CB-1 A position has opened for a Sales Administrator with exceptional Excel skills in Somerset West. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Experience using CRM systems Advanced MS Office Advanced MS Excel - essential Excellent communication skills Duties and Responsibilities: Data analytics of information received from clients CRM implementation and Checking on business developers quality of work input onto the system. Create new updated proposals with Head of marketing Checking in with Business Developers and sales team on their responsibility. Maintain and update all prospects/leads. Maintain the database with sales prospects, leads and clients Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations Assisting the Head of Business development in day-to-day tasks Confirming meetings for the Head of Business Development PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
